Say What?
The Phoenix Suns today acquired Minnesota forward Nikoloz Tskitishvili (pronounced NI-ko-los SKEE-tish-VEE-lee).
Nikoloz played for Head Coach Mike D’Antoni (for Italian club Benetton Treviso) in 2001-02.
The Guy is 7 feet tall and Suns President and General Manager Bryan Colangelo said this, “If there is an ideal coach and ideal system for Skita to do well, it’s here in Phoenix with Mike D’Antoni.”
Watch for him in uniform #15

Hypocrites Begone!
“Unless man is committed to the belief that all mankind are his brothers, then he labors in vain and hypocritically in the vineyards of equality.” - Adam Clayton Powell Jr.
I long to believe that all mankind are my brothers and think that I may be just young enough to see this planet in peace. The speed at which we advance multiplies daily and I see no reason that my children, and their friends around the world, cannot spread freedom and knowledge around the world. I think that governments around the world need some big time housecleaning though...
We humans have proven time and time again that we can achieve anything we set our collective minds to do. Let's Do It!
Peace...

Oh Happy Day!
The new year is bringing many changes and they all seem to be positive ones. I am dang glad as it seems they were long overdue from the negative changes that have been happening to me since late 2004. I have been doing lots of growing though, and I have said many times, "If I had my whole life to live over, I would not change a thing." I love my life and where I am at and who am with. If anything had changed, I may not have the wonderful blessings of my wonderful family. There is nothing more important to me than my family and I think that 2006 is going to be the best year this family has had yet!

Who?
Pete Townshend that's who. His blog is recalling the Cincinnatti deaths of 11 kids and young adults who died trying to get into the general admission concert back, interestingly enough, on my dad's birthday, December 3rd of 1979. His blog submission of Saturday, January 7th talks about this tragedy and should be listened to as there was no one more effected by this, other than the families of the deceased, than the band itself...IMO
Thankfully this was the end of general admission seating to concerts, for the most part, in the USA.

Suns Number One
Just to be fair...
I guess I should also post a picture of the Eastern Conference Player of the Week to allow those Easterners to view their main man this week...

Monkey Business
It looks like Tom DeLay is going down hard and the GOP is trying their hardest to distance themselves from what last year was their best friend and leader in the House of Representatives. I am sick of the Monkey Business in the government daily and hope that the king of lobbyists, Jack Abramoff, paints the investigators a very vivid picture of what he could do with money and gifts and they take down the Pigs that live off that money and lifestyle and never let them out of the PigPen!

Jesus Saves!
Pat Robertson, with his comments about God striking down Ariel Sharon because he is dividing God's land, is not doing God's work but merely trying to shake up his followers to send him more money to keep reporting bullshit on the 700 Club. I believe in God and thank him for the many blessings that he has bestowed upon me and my loved ones all over the world my whole life but despise those who try and use his power for their own benefit... Here are some lyrics that remind me of Pat Robertson. It is a song called Jesus Saves.
You go to the church, you kiss the cross
You will be saved at any cost
You have your own reality
Christianity
You spend your life just kissing ass
A trait that’s grown as time has passed
You think the world will end today
You praise the lord, it’s all you say
Jesus saves, listen to you pray
You think you’ll see the pearly gates
When death takes you away
For all respect you cannot lust
In an invisible man you place your trust
Indirect dependency
Eternal attempt at amnesty
He will decide who lives and dies
Depopulate satanas rise
You will be an accessory
Irreverence and blasphemy
Jesus saves, no need to pray
The gates of pearl have turned to gold
It seems you’ve lost your way
Jesus saves, no words of praise
No promised land to take you to
There is no other way
